4th ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT (All proceeds from the tournament benefit the Camp Good Days Youth Play Project)

BEAT THE PRO SPONSOR - $400 (2 SPOTS)
Sponsor banner 2ft x 4ft will place on one of the Par 3’s at Bath Country Club. Players will compete for a prize on each Par 3 sponsored by your business.

PAR 3 CONTEST SPONSOR - $250 (5 SPOTS)
Sponsor banner 2ft x 4ft will place on one of the Par 3’s at Bath Country Club. Players will compete for a prize on each Par 3 sponsored by your business.

DRIVING RANGE PUTTING GREEN CONTEST SPONSOR – $200 PER SPOT
Sponsor banner 2ft x 4ft will place on one of the Putting Green at Bath Country Club. Players will Putt for a prize sponsored by your business.

GREEN FLAG SPONSOR – $200 (18 SPOTS)
Place your name on one of the 18 Flag Sticks at Bath Country Club. At the end of the day the flag is yours to keep.

TEE BOX SPONSOR – $100
Sponsor sign placed at designated tee on the course.

FRIENDS OF THE FOUNDATION SPONSOR - $25 Minimum
Any donation to the foundation will have their name displayed on our Friends of the Foundation Poster that will be displayed at Registration and Dinner. If donation comes in after poster is made than you will receive recognition on website and next year’s poster.
